You have the right to delete your VitalNoteAI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what happens after deletion, and how to submit your request.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials
- All SOAP notes you have generated
- Your profile information
What happens after deletion
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Voice recordings are never stored, so there is nothing to delete there
- Processing takes up to 7 days
How to request deletion
Send an email to agentryinc@gmail.com with the following:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address

⚠ This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, all your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
